There’s been a lot of buzz around Imagine Cup lately and especially around our local twist of the Windows Phone Challenge. Here’s the short summary, if you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard about it yet:
Microsoft and Nokia are organizing local finals of the Windows Phone Challenge with amazing prizes, internships and an exclusive hackathon!
By participating in Imagine Cup, you’ll get the chance to win some cool devices, get a trip to Australia and perhaps work at the most amazing summer internship ever at Nokia! If that wasn’t enough, 40 students will be invited to an exclusive hackathon event.

Amazing Day for us!
I (nivesh) didn’t though of getting passed Round 1 caused we never gave before world level competition and you all should know that there are lots of windows phone developers. Well there is tough competition in Round 2 as only top 3 will be selected for next round
and teams from USA, ENGLAND ,etc are tough. This gave us more power to fight ahead and be ahead.
To give you guys only 9 teams from India got selected for round 2 , where some are from iit (Bombay and other ).
well i’m glad only that our team from MMMEC just got through ,
